Shekhar Raturi is one of those teachers that truly integrates all aspects of Yoga in their lives. Humbly, honestly and authentically is how he approaches the practice and study of Yoga. Not rushing and pushing into any belief, asana or pranayama practice but step by step to get a good and firm foundation so that our physical, emotional and mental bodies are properly prepared.
Shekhar teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation. His challenging asana classes are in Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa and Flow Vinyasa style smartly sequenced to help you slowly and safely opening and strengthening your body. In this way we can practice advanced postures without hurting or getting any injuries. Continuos practise with full dedication and devotion surely takes us wherever we want to be - that is his personal experience.
